Shotbox Support

Getting started

Screenshots are processed automatically on your device using on-device OCR. No image data ever leaves your phone.

After installing, open Shotbox and grant Photos access when prompted. Your recent screenshots will appear in your inbox automatically.

My screenshots aren't appearing

• Check that Shotbox has Full Photos access: Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Shotbox → All Photos
• Close and reopen the app to trigger a fresh scan
• Screenshots taken before installing Shotbox will appear on first open

Buckets

Shotbox automatically suggests a bucket for each screenshot: To Buy, To Read, To Try, To Remember, OTP & Receipts. Swipe right to confirm, swipe left to trash, or tap Change to pick a different bucket.

Exporting

Free users can export to Apple Notes via the share sheet. Pro users can export to Notion, Google Sheets, and Markdown. Tap Export to… on any item detail screen.

Pro subscription

Pro is $7.99/month or $59.99/year. To manage or cancel your subscription: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Shotbox.
